You may change the date and time of your reservation free of charge or request a full refund of the amount paid.

You may change the date and time of the activity, subject to availability, but no refund will be issued.

Street SKP Gift

Street SKP gifts have a 30-day period from the date of purchase to request cancellation, provided that the adventure has not been used.

To process the request, you must contact the Street SKP team in advance. We will be happy to manage it without any questions asked.

Force majeure and technical failures

Street SKP offers a 100% online service, which depends on external servers and IT services.

In the event of force majeure, technical incidents or failures in the application network, the company may be forced to suspend the activity.

In such cases, Street SKP commits to:

  • Inform the team as soon as possible by email or phone.

  • Offer a change to a later available date or a full refund of the activity amount.

  • If the incident occurs during the activity, the same solution will be applied or the possibility of continuing the experience at another time will be offered.

Prices

The purchasing system complies with current Spanish legislation.

The applicable prices are those indicated on the website at the time of booking and will be confirmed by email.
