If the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the start of the activity, you will have the option to change it to another day and time or receive a full refund of the reservation amount.
If the cancellation occurs between 48 hours and 24 hours before the start of the activity, you may change the reservation date and time, but a refund will not be processed.
If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the activity, neither a change nor a refund of the activity amount will be possible.
In case of unforeseen major force or technical failure, the company will be obliged to suspend it. Our service is “online,” so we depend on servers and computer services. In the event of a network failure in the App, the company commits to promptly notify the team via email or phone. In this case, the company will either reschedule the reservation for another available date or proceed with a full refund of the activity amount.
If this situation arises during the activity, the same procedure will be followed, or there will be the option to continue the activity later.
To use the PROMOTIONAL CODES, you should make a reservation in the usual way. When entering personal data, before making the payment, you will have a box to enter the promotional code. This action will directly apply the discount to the reservation amount.
The purchasing system complies with current legislation in Spain. The applicable prices are indicated on the website at the time of making the reservation, and the company informs you via email of the total price of the activity. The company reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Debit or Credit Card (a secure payment method), Bizum, and PayPal. Bank transfer in case of entities/institutions and higher amounts. The company will only charge the reservation amount without additional fees or commissions.
