Street SKP adventures may be cancelled within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that you contact us. We will be happy to manage the request with no questions asked.

To cancel or modify a booking, it is essential to contact us as soon as possible via:

Conditions based on cancellation notice

  • More than 48 hours before the start of the activity
    You may either change the booking date and time or request a full refund of the amount paid.
  • 48 hours or less before the start of the activity
    You may change the date and time, but no refund will be issued.

Force majeure and technical issues

Street SKP provides a 100% online service and therefore depends on external servers and IT services.
In the event of force majeure, technical incidents, or app network failures, the company may be required to suspend the activity.

In such cases, Street SKP commits to:

  • Inform the team as soon as possible by email or phone.
  • Offer either a new available date or a full refund of the activity fee.

If the issue occurs during the activity, the same options will apply, or participants may be offered the possibility to continue the experience at a later time.

Prices

The purchase system complies with current Spanish legislation.
Applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time of booking and confirmed by email.

Street SKP reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

The company will only charge the booking amount, with no additional fees or commissions.
